Tim has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. After spending 5 years with Westmark Mortgage Corporation, Tim worked 10 years at First Eastern Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Officer. His past projects included funding many condo developments in the lakes region of northern New Hampshire as well as Middlesex and Essex counties in Massachusetts. Tim joined Home Advantage Mortgage in 1998 and, in addition to Massachusetts, he covers the seacoast area of New Hampshire, most of York county, and southern Maine.

Mike joined Home Advantage Mortgage in June, 2000. Previously he worked for 5 years in corporate real estate for a multinational high-tech company. While there, he was responsible for meeting the company's ongoing real estate requirements in North and Latin America. Mike understands the importance of developing long-lasting relationships with his customers and leverages his experience to ensure each borrower finds the right loan for their needs. A 1992 graduate of Dartmouth College and a member of Business Network International (BNI), Mike resides in Wilmington, Massachusetts with his family.

Charlie is one of the co-owners of Home Advantage Mortgage. He has over 15 years of mortgage banking experience and prides himself on finding the right program to fit each and every borrower. He has extensive knowledge and experience with all types of borrowers and programs. Charlie is a 1987 graduate of Boston College with a degree in Mathematics. He is the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Chelmsford High School.

Wally Joined Home Advantage Mortgage in 2003. Prior to that time, Wally worked in business development and sales management for Fortune 500 companies. His clients know that Wally will find the best rates and programs to suit their needs. Wally graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. He was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts where he is active with many charitable organizations.

Mary-Jo has been the Office Manager at Home Advantage Mortgage since March, 2000. A graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts, Mary-Jo and her family reside in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Jimmy joined Home Advantage Mortgage in October, 2001. He enjoys working with first-time homebuyers trying to fulfill the dream of purchasing their first home. Jimmy graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2000 and has been a lifelong resident of Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Marc's career has run the gamut in the banking industry. He worked 18 years at Union National Bank, one of the largest banks in Middlesex County, and several more years at the United States Trust Company in Boston, Massachusetts. He held several positions on both the retail and administrative sides of the banks, achieving the title of Vice President at both companies. During the mid 80's, Marc was involved in the residential construction business, responsible for the development of several new homes in the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 1989, and has been with Home Advantage Mortgage since 1994. As a senior mortgage broker, Marc brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge to the company. Marc and his family reside in Lowell, Massachusetts.
